Delivery Times and Shipping Charges

Your complete delivery timeframe consists of our order processing period combined with the courier's delivery time. We work exclusively with DHL to ensure reliable and tracked shipping throughout the United Kingdom.

Shipping Cost: FREE standard shipping on all orders within the UK.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. GMT will be processed on the same business day. Orders received after this time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

Delivery Time: 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday).

Total Estimated Delivery: 4–7 business days (Monday – Friday).

Parcel Protection and Safety

All VENDEBIAN orders come with automatic transit protection. If your tracking details haven't been updated for more than 5–6 business days, please reach out to us right away at info@vendebian.com. Our customer service team will help you initiate a lost package investigation with the courier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Track Your Order

Delivery Address Requirements
